Coronary Heart Disease Treatment in Homeopathy?

What is coronary artery disease?

When the arteries supplying blood and oxygen to the heart narrow down, the heart receives reduced blood flow causing coronary artery disease (CAD). Sometimes even the clot formed may obstruct the blood flow to the heart muscle.

CAD is one of the most common heart diseases.

This heart condition starts off as an injury to the inner layer of the artery wall. Cholesterol or other fatty deposits start collecting in the area creating plaques through a process known as atherosclerosis.

This prevents the heart from functioning effectively and sometimes may even create a permanent damage.

Heart collecting and receiving blood

Our heart has four chambers, two lower ventricles and two upper Atria.

Atria send blood to the lungs for collecting oxygen. This oxygen rich blood is then sent back to the heart from where the two lower ventricles distribute it to the body, lungs and tissues.

Again the impure blood containing CO2 is collected back  through the veins and supplied to the heart again for pumping to the lung again. This constitutes an entire circulatory system.

Coronary arteries which are a network of blood vessels of the heart , when become narrow, cause CAD.

CAD is one of the leading causes of death in Australia.

Coronary artery disease symptoms

During the early stages the symptoms are not easily discernible but slowly they may become some of as

  • Chest pain
  • Tightness
  • Burning
  • Weakness
  • Sweating
  • Nausea
  • Cramping
  • Shortness of breath
  • Pain in shoulders
  • Pain in arms
  • Dizziness
  • Sweating

Risk factors for CAD include

  • Tobacco and smoking
  • Age
  • After menopause
  • Heredity
  • High bp
  • Stress
  • Diabetes
  • Obesity
  • High cholesterol
  • Lack of exercise and poor diet

Is it possible to treat CAD with homeopathy?

Homeopathic remedies being all natural, safe and non-addictive are one of the safest alternatives to assist your journey against CAD.

These remedies work to remove the plaque deposits by triggering up the body’s natural mechanism.

Throughout your body, whenever the blood vessels start developing a  blockage – anastomotic circulation comes to action and helps prevent further damage to the concerned organ. This process is known as Angiogenesis.

Homeopathic remedies simply stimulate this mechanism so that self healing can take place.

When this process receives the needed strength , a better circulation is obtained.

This in turn helps manage the CAD symptoms and you obtain an overall relief.

Present day pharmaceutical drugs treat CAD with the help of statins, beta blockers, inhibitors, blockers and some cholesterol modifying medications.

But using these for chemical drugs may not always be a better idea if you are under some other medication.

For example aspirin is not suggested when you are having bleeding disorder, statins may not work for people already having cholesterol disorder and many such………….

Further, taking these medications may become our necessity when treating this heart condition but if you think they are free from side effects-the answer is no.

If you are alert enough with the symptoms mentioned above and consult a homeopath in the early stages itself, as this is the best time to help manage your symptoms most effectively.

Though homeopathy works at later stages as well but may elongate the time of improvement.

Either way, a homeopath’s main focus is to eliminate the root cause by stimulating the natural healing abilities already available within.
