What is Writer’s Cramp?

Writer’s cramp also known as focal dystonia is the involuntary contraction of the finger, hand and forearm.This makes your fingers and hands to move uncontrollably while writing.

Causes of Writer’s Cramp

A variety of factors may trigger this condition such as poor writing posture, overuse, holding the pen improperly, etc.

Stress can aggravate the condition.

This condition can also be inherited.
